Meals include fiber-rich whole grains, lean protein, a variety of fruits and vegetables, and fresh Wisconsin milk. The department works with local vendors to provide Wisconsin-sourced foods when possible. The menu features items similar to major food chains to provide diverse flavors for PreK-12th grade students.
