The Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership, in collaboration with the UW-Green Bay Cofrin School of Business, has launched the 2025 Leadership Horizons Survey. This initiative seeks to gather insights from individuals across various industries to understand current workplace experiences and identify effective leadership practices.

Associate Professor David Radosevich from the Cofrin School of Business emphasized the importance of listening in leadership development. "Great leadership starts with listening," he stated. "The Leadership Horizons Survey is more than research—it’s about real people, real workplaces, and real impact. Your voice uncovers challenges, shapes opportunities and ensures research guides leadership programs, not guesswork."

Open to all workforce members regardless of industry or role, the survey aims to collect perspectives on leadership challenges, career advancement, work-life balance, and workplace culture. The findings will inform future leadership training and mentorship programs by the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership.

Executive Director Pa Lee PhD highlighted a societal shift towards greater inclusion of women in leadership roles. "Right now," she said, "we’re at a pivotal moment in society. While more women are entering the workforce, we remain underrepresented in leadership roles and career advancement. This is our chance to drive meaningful change."

The anonymous survey requires 12-15 minutes to complete and is accessible until March 31 via the Schreiber Institute’s website. Participants are encouraged to use a laptop or desktop for optimal experience and share the survey link widely.

This initiative follows the 2021 Insights on Women’s Leadership survey and continues efforts to enhance workplace culture and leadership effectiveness in Northeast Wisconsin.
