There were 419 students enrolled in Lena School District in the 2024-25 school year, 2.2% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 54.4% identified themselves as boys, 45.6% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 95.7% of the Lena School District total enrollment.

Lena School District covers three schools within Oconto County, with its main office in Lena.

Among the three schools in the district, Lena Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 180 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
